Payment & Delivery Methods
Online Orders
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Motorcycle tours and merchandise can be purchased online using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. All orders made via our website require 100% payment including shipping costs if applicable.
Online credit card transactions are processed securely via the eWAY payment gateway.
Once you have submitted payment information online and your order purchase is successful, you will see an Order Confirmation page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the address you supplied during checkout.
The information contained in the Order Confirmation is important and you should keep it safely. The Order Confirmation contains a unique Order Confirmation Number which should be quoted in any correspondence.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason and especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, you should contact us to confirm that your order has been placed.
If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.

Telephone bookings for tours and events require a minimum 10% deposit. Payment must be finalised as outlined below. Late payment or rescheduling fees may be applicable, please refer to the Cancellations and Rescheduling section.
- 1-5 passengers, 48 hours prior to booking
- 6+ passengers, 7 days prior to booking
Offline and manual credit card transactions are processed by Westpac Banking Corporation
